This offer is valid for Charmin triple roll or mega roll products only, purchased between July 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021. The refund request must be mailed within 60 days of the product purchase (date as per postmark). Valid everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. It cannot be exchanged for a cash amount and is not usable at ATMs or gas pumps. The card is not reloadable or insured. The card expires 6 months after the date of issuance. The terms of use of the prepaid card apply, including applicable fees. The card acceptance may vary according to the merchants. Only official Canadian postal addresses are acceptable. The use of PO Boxes is not allowed. The use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds constitutes a fraud and may result in legal prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be taken into account or returned to the sender. The refund is limited to the purchase price after any discount is applied, for example with the use of discount coupons, plus applicable taxes and first-class postage fees. It excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory. If an original receipt bearing the date of purchase, an original UPC barcode and the official “Satisfaction or Money Back” guarantee refund request form are not included in the request for refund, the purchase price will not be refunded. The reproduction, alteration, sale, trade or purchase of the official “Satisfaction or Money Back” guarantee refund request form or of the proof of purchase is prohibited. The proof of purchase must come from the product purchased by you. No request from a group, a club, or an organization will be honored. We will not honor incomplete refund requests.
