Product is nothing like Charmin sensitive

Charmin ultra is nothing like Charmin sensitive. They say it's the same and they just changed the name. If you read the package it says nothing about having aloe and e. I have tried it and it's nothing like Charmin sensitive. I have changed to cottonelle with aloe and e. Very disappointed wished they would bring back Charmin sensitive.

Hint of Lotion has became hidden Lotion

As of March - August 2018 all of the the packages I’ve bought have felt very dry and the paper fell apart while taking it off the roll making the product completely useless. I bought different packages from different stores thinking it was just a bad batch but it seems to be a permanent production flaw that I’d rather not deal with.

Great soft product!

I have used many other toilet paper products and this has by far become my favorite! Each sheet is thick, soft, and provides a layer of lotion for a nice protection of any irritation. It is great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Ultra Gentle = Ultra Not So Gentle

I used to love Charmin Sensitive and wouldn't buy anything else. Then comes the corporate board room bottom line Monday morning discussion and Presto in comes Charmin Ultra Gentle. Apparently just a name change for marketing purposes, but my rump begs to differ. This stuff is just plain awful and lacks any indication of that Aloe was anywhere within 500 feet of the assembly line to make this product. There has clearly been more than just a name change. This stuff is noticeably different and not for the better. Congratulations to whoever got the bonus for this idea, but you're killing the rest of us who actually used to buy this stuff.

Bring back Charmin Sensitive!

Oh Charmin, you had an amazing product with Charmin Sensitive. Ultra Gentle just doesn't cut it- its a lot rougher and I'm doubtful its hypoallergenic. Please PLEASE bring back Charmin Sensitive...at least tell me where I can buy the remaining stock. I am so sad its gone. It might seem ridiculous to have such strong feelings for TP, but I have stomach troubles and Charmin Sensitive was the only thing that wasn't irritating. Please listen to me and the many other people on the internet who really want Sensitive to come back. Thank you!

Something changed with the Gentle Sensitive TP

Our household has ALWAYS used the gentle or sensitive green package Charmin toilet paper. Last three packages (mega rolls) that I purchased were rough and not gentle at all. Almost like I had purchased a cheap bargain brand. I am wondering if the "so-called lotion" somehow prematurely dried-out on the paper or if it's a manufacturer's defect. Charmin, please let me know as this is the only toilet paper we have used for years. We have 5 bathrooms in this house so we go through a large quantity of rolls per month. Shall I start to look for an alternative, switch to the blue package soft Charmin, or is this problem now fixed? Thank you for your anticipated reply, my email is listed below.
