I love the quality and softness of Charmin Ultra Soft but I am tired of looking at so much of the toilet paper roll due to the width of the toilet paper now being 4” instead of 4-1/2”. Would much rather pay more for the roll. I am finally switching to another brand.

From one week to the next, I noticed that the Mega Plus roll had shrunk but the price hadn't.: diameter: 5" v 5.5", height: 3.9" v 4.25"
We purchase this product every time we shop. This last package has the last three to four wraps all bundled up as if they were never attached. This is causing us to re think future purchases of this product.
We love this product and think it's the best TP in the world. Our only complaint is the spool that the tissue is wrapped around - invariably the rolls get crushed in handling and the spool winds up in every shape except round. As a result the roll wobbles around the TP dispenser. It would be nice if Charmin (P&G) could make a stronger spool that didn't get crushed into irregular shapes.
Soft tissue does not work well in many homes when kids are rough and parents are just as rough. It is an ok value but it breaks up pretty quick.
Rolls get smaller, price goes up, income stays the same. Something not right...... right?? Give we of fixed income a break.
